What is the E Mail envelope in Words

I am having the following problem. I scanned an item onto my computer into
MSwords. When I clicked om the icon for this item on my desktop it came up,
but I can not send it by e mail > I get that the e mail mail envelope can not
be opened. I also get an email window which I fill out, but no send button.
How can I send it? I am using Windows XP and Windows 2000 words. Where do I
find the Office plug in that goes with Norton Antivirus so that I can disable
it? I am also using Yahoo mail and should be using outlook 2000 so I have
been told to get the mail to work. Should be able to keep Yahoo mail and
still e mail from words.Help

Thanks for the help and information. Your first link did not work, but I got
more info and will work the problem more. Gerry
