What is the difference between GroupWise and Outlook?

I would like to know the difference in a nut shell between Outlook 2003 and
GroupWise 6.5, would like to try to make the transistion a little easier.
 
Intrinsically similar programs just compete for market share, one runs on
Exchange servers, the other on Novell Netware. That's the biggest
difference.

I've trained in both and they have different strengths.
