What is the default time to prompt users to change password

When you implement a Security Domain Policy in which you
are setting password length, etc. What is the default
time Windows use to prompt the user to change the password
and where can I find that setting?

The default time that a user will get the prompt for password change is 14
days prior to expirations. This is an individual calculation based on the
max password age and when the password was last changed.
