I am writing a professional letter and want to copy someone else on it. How
exactly do you write it? I think I have seen it something like:

cc: Person's name to be copied

But, I'm not positive.

Hi Krad

This newsgroup deals with how to use Word, not what words to put in a
document.

Having said that, I don't think there is a "correct" way to show on a letter
that a copy is being sent to someone other than the addressee. But the way
you mention is a common one, and as good as any.

If you're unsure, you could always write something in the body of the letter
like "I will also send a copy of this letter to Lee Smith for her
information" or some such.

Hope this helps.
