what is the best way to uninstall sp2?

I have these 2 problems as you saw in my other posts so maybe i should just
uninstall sp2? if so which is the best way to go- add/remove programs or
system restore? I did set up a system restore point prior to installing sp2

Hi Robin

Go through Add/Remove Programs. make sure that 'Show Updates' is enabled.
