What is the best way to send an html format file

Julie

I have an HTML file I created in Frontpage <filename>.htm
I have FTP'd that to our web/host server, in
www.<domain.com>/Thursday/index.htm

I want this HTML file to be my outlook email message.
What is the best way to do this in Outlook.

I tried to send this as follows:

New Message (outlook 2002)
Insert/Picture/Properties
http://www.<domain.com>/Thursday/index.htm

This seems to work for some mail browsers, i.e. AOL 9.0
and Yahoo mail but not Outlook, AOL webmail, etc.

Is there a better way to do this ? - Send an HTML
formatted message.

Thanks
