Depends on what you want to do with. For a department at my office I
suggested a HP Pocket PC 2215. I placed in an extra 128MB, external
keyboard, protective plastic on the touch screen and a BlueTooth GPS with
TomTom Navigator and was done for ?1000,- including VAT. All synchs and
installs great

I think the Dell Axims and Toshiba PocketPCs seem to be good values. You
can get them with the same fast Xscale processors that the more expensive
iPAQs have and spend about $100 less. I do like the integrated wireless of
some of the iPAQs, though.
