What is the best Software for burning DVDs?

I bought a SONY DVD burner and it came with a SONIC MyDVD
program but for some reason when I downloaded it the part
for DVDs didn't download (it will only burn VCDs) and now
I can't find the instillation disc to reload the program.

(Why is it that you can find every single disc you DON'T
need but the one you WANT is never there?)

What is a great program to buy to burn a digital video
onto a DVD that I have edited using Adobe Premier? I want
the best possible quality.

Nero Burning ROM now supports writing to DVD's. It's a very nice
application.
