What is Sherman.msi?

I have had a program installed called SpyHunter for a few weeks and over the
last few days when it opens to scan my system it is looking for a file
called Sherman.msi which isn't part of it at all. Does any one have any idea
what Sherman.msi is part of as I don't have a clue really. Everything else
on the system under Windows Media Center 2005 is working perfectly. All
Microsoft updates are current at the moment. This is on a Dell 8400 system.
