What is ok to remove from C: 2 free up disk space?

I do not know what I can remove and what needs to stay but I am unable to
defrag as I only have 1% of free disk space. Please let me know what
definately needs to stay on the C: for normal use.

Download this free program, it will clear a lot of rubbish off your drive.

www.ccleaner.com

Make sure that you have the PASSWORDS section unchecked or at least make
sure you know all your usernames and passwords before your run it.
