what is next if outlook e-mail will not change font color?

my outlook e-mail is stuck on a yellow font that cannot be seen. It will not
change back to black. Any suggestions? version-outlook 2003
 
Tried via Tools | Options | Mail Format tab .. Fonts?
If so, what happens?
