What is Netz.exe?

I have a process running called netz.ex. Do you know what it it? I can't
terminate it and sometimes it uses cpu at 100%.

Please submit "netz.exe" to Virus Total --
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
The submission will then be tested against 18 different AV vendor's scanners.

Another way to submit is to send the suspect file to the following email address
scan<at>virustotal.com
{ replace <at> with @ } with only the word SCAN as the subject.

Please post back the EXACT results.

Where is it located? What does the Properties say about it like who holds the copyright on Version tab? How does it start? In the registry here?:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
