what is .net messenger live that opens at boot.

I am running msn premium and have the updated 8.0 version of messenger live.
Which i set up to open when I log on thru butterfly. But I have this .net
messenger which opens when i boot which I have no control. Do not want this,
how can i get rid of it. thanks
