what is my pop3 and smtp information?

Ask your ISP.

They probably supplied you with some documentation
which they intended for you to read.
 
If I understand your query correctly.
When setting up your mail account: If your Internet service provider (ISP)
for example is Sky.Com

pop3 is incoming mail server name pop.sky.com
smtp is outgoing server name smtp.sky.com

Your ISP help for setting up your email account is normally somewhere on
their home page!

following directions is tough enough without having to decode the
