Clarification of the proper word(age) for pop3 and smtp mail services.
 
You mean you need the names of the incoming and outgoing mail
servers? You get those from your mail provider or ISP. They will
have a web page that explains how to set up your email account.
 
You need the information from your ISP. To give you an idea of what you
should be looking for on your ISPs help site see this link from my website:
