what is MSKSrvr.exe?

I have a process, MSKSrvr.exe, showing up in the Windows Task Manager
using about 26,664 K of memory. I noticed MKSrvr.exe gobbling up most
of the CPU time when I was opening Outlook Express email.

I've searched Google, Microsoft KB, Blackviper.com, SARC, and a few
other places but I get no hits at all regarding this.

Does anyone know what this is?
