What is "Microsoft Office Word" " Interface not registred" ?

When i try to send an email via Microsoft Outlook, i keep seeing this message
in a window, What is "Microsoft Office Word" " Interface not registred"
and i cant send no emails.
I have to change to the Microsoft Office Outlook email Editor to send the
mail.
How can i solve this problem ?

Start>Run. Enter this in the Open field:

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

Click OK.
