what is microsoft ldap directory

I get this box that says microsoft ldap directory, but I can't progress from
it. It won't let me change any information in the box and if i select ok or
cancel...it all freezes so I can't even get to the toolks option to remove it.
 
It's an address book service. If you don't use it remove the account via
Tools-> E-mail Accounts...
