What is "Internet Exp. Search Toolbar installation"

What is this "button" that appears in my active window bar
at the bottom of my screen? It doesn't respond to
anything...I"d like it gone!
 
A third-party software product. Just right click and choose delete to remove
it because it hasn't installed itself yet.
