What Is Happening?

Why is nobody telling this NG WHY it's not working ? If we're told by
someone
with knowing that there is a work in progress and could be assured
that a fix was coming, we could feel more comfortable. It's basically a
hit or miss and in my opinion IT'S NOT WORKING. only the type was
yelling, not me. Would someone tell us what's happening? And here is

I believe that the powers that be are looking into some other arrangement
for the communication needs provided by these groups, web and NNTP together,
but I've no idea about the what or the when or where--and I really don't
expect to hear any sooner than the rest of us here.

My guess is that this is some ordinary failure--running the private
newsserver is a complex job, and change is pretty frequent.
