My apologies David, I did have some trouble not being able to see one of
Steve's earlier replies. Perhaps you haven't seen my replies or vice versa?

I'm sure I've replied to all who have tried to help.

Anyway, Steve has asked me to email him a working example. If you'd also
like to view it, let me know and I'll send it over.

If Steve looks at the file, I'm sure he'll be able to figure it out. I
was trying to reproduce your issue and was unable to get your code
working at all, but Steve's idea to look at the actual file will get
past that. I'm sure he'll straighten you out.
