What is dl.exe and dlm.exe

A message of "Can not find file "\\\c:\windows\dlm.html""
prompted out. And I realized that there are two new
entries in the registry, which are
Dial32 "C:\Windows\dl.exe"
Dial33 "C:\Windows\dlm.exe"

Any ideas what are those files? Can they be deleted?

You can delete these files.These are the files of spyware.Delete them in safe mode and if these files not allow themself to delete do Ctrl+Alt+Del and look this file entry in process and end the process from there.
