Am I raight that it is this program that makes my printer go crazy and starts to run unprinted paper, on and on and on.......

What are you doing when this occurs? Do you have the latest driver for your printer?

Tank you for answering! Yes I have spelled it the right way. The problem occours "all the time". It pops up a window with following:C:\docume~1\anders\lokala~1\temp\surfAI-1.exe and the rest of the window is black with some small white lines. Then the printer starts to behave crazy. I have had "SASSER" on my computer. Please help me to get ride of my problem!
