What Is CONIME.EXE, really??????

I googled conime.exe and many of the search results say it's a trojan virus
or spyware that is harmful and high threat. Is this true?
I search for conime.exe on my computer and found these:
"conime.ex" in "WINDOWSï¿¥i386"
"conime.exe - 13EEEA1A.pf" in "WINDOWSï¿¥Prefetch"
"conime.exe" in "WINDOWSï¿¥system32"
I dont want to mess with "WINDOWS" files but it doesnt seem like "Spyeraser"
program is not picking up the conime.exe as spyware nor "avast" is not
picking it up as a virus neither.
Is conime.exe actual microsoft file or harmful spyware/virus??????

the checksum, date, filesize to
the original could reveal if it
may or may not be a genuine system
file.

As a second thought to my previous post, bear in mind most malware will not
be picked up by Anti-Virus applications. I realize the links and
instructions therein are kind of a pain, but malware is a very real part of
the internet.Once you've cleaned the machine, and have appropriate malware
protection, you shouldn't be bothered to a large extent.
