what is BM Win app?

there is something in my Add/Remove programs called 'BM Win app'. It seems to cause unwanted topics in my 'favorites' menu...such as -Games-, -Shopping-, -Communicatoins-. When i uninstall BM Win app the unmanted topics disappear but when i reload my computer it comes back again. What is BM Win app and how do i get rid of it..

I went to that site before and it didn't seem to help anything... any other suggestions or am i just missing something?
