What is best way to import Contacts and Calendar from ACT! 2006?

Looking for the best way to import Contacts and Calendar from ACT! 2006 (Ver
8) to Outlook 2003. If better to export ACT! info to a different file type,
then into Outlook - that is fine. Just want best way to save the most data.

etc.

you get the information, that you will need a 3rd party tool for ACT!.

It seems you have to check it by yourself. ;-)
