I have been archiving my emails regularly when suggested by Outlook 2003.
I have noticed recently that I have been unable to find old emails that I
sent or received. When I look in my Archived floder I have the following
files.
Should the first 3 files be combined, if so, how?
archive.pst 1G
outlook.pst which is 100Mg
outlookimap.aol.com-0000003.pst which is 50Mgb

There is also a folder called outlooktemp-0000006.pst

Can they be combined so that a search will access all data?

Outlook.pst is the default name for the primary outlook data file (Your
personal Folders, as viewed in Outlook)
Archive.pst is as the name suggests the default Archive data file. If you
havent done so you can open this within Outlook - File>Open>Data
File.....browse to and select Archive - it can be left open
The aol file appears to be an IMAP data file, if that account is still
active I would expect it to be shown in the Folder View of Outlook
The outlooktemp....pst maybe one you created

But then you say "I look in my Archived floder" not sure what exactly you
mean by that, where are you viewing this folder?
