What got changed on my defaults

Why is Excel rounding to 1 decimal when I type 2 decimal
places. I thought it was in the normal syle and that all
new cells I enter should take on the normal styling. But
there must be something else that controls it.

When you select Format>Style>Style Name>Normal what do you see for Number
Format?

If only one decimal, "modify" to two.
