newsgroup is for help building the forms in those databases.
Your question seems to relate to business forms. That is not something we
can answer here (or in any technical newsgroup for that matter)
I'd suggest you consult an attorney, CPA, etc. if you need help starting a
business (not posting to a bunch of strangers on an Internet newsgroup).
But maybe that's just me.
