What file contains the contents of Windows picture and fax viewer

I want to delete the contents of the Picture and fax viewer but do not know
where to find the images. Can anyone tell me where they are, please.

The Picture and Fax Viewer is simply a DLL file. It contains no pictures.
The default picture storage location is \My Documents\My Pictures for the
signed on user.
