what features do you like about your address book

What do you like about your address book? Any special features, or the
way it displays the contact information, or whatever?
 
I like my Babya Address book program because it uses a Access database

Bottin is good as you can print envelopes and even insert pictures.

What do you like about your address book? Any special features,A little off topic, but the feature I would like in an address book
and cannot find, is a well developed keyword system. e.g. I need
my plumber and cannot remember his name, a want to sort on the keyword
"plumber". I also want to be able to have multiple keywords for an
entry so that I can list groups of entries. e.g. for my plumber
I also want to have the keyword trades & if he is a friend, the
keyword friend.

Type and go for names/email addresses.

So you bring up the list and simply type some characters to
auto-find the required entry.
