What does "Use Contexual Spelling" refer to in spelling & grammar

In setting up my spelling and grammar in Word 2007 I see one spot for check
for "Use Contexual Spelling" and I'm not sure what that is. I can't fine it
in the "search" command.

you are right, Suzanne, "losts" is flagged by the traditional speller ;-)).
