What does this message mean

I have been having a few minor probles with the running of a program lately.
This morning I receiced the following pop up.

'Generic Host Prosess for Win 32 Services encountered a proble & needs to
close.' Error Signature szAppName : svchost.exe szAppver; 0.0.0.0. sz
ModName : unknown szMorVer:0.0.0. offset 00000000.
C;\DOCUME~1\ADMIN~lOCALS~1\TEMP\WER0)e.dir000\svhost.exe.mdmp

C;\DOCUME~1\ADMIN~lOCALS~1\TEMP\WERo)e.dir000\appcompat.txt

What does this mean & what does one do about it?

What program?

The error message is sort of generic in that it indicates that some system
function that the program called has failed. This may be because of a system
problem, but more likely because the program has a problem. The best source
for this may be support for the program having the problem.

It sounds like something is being run from your TEMP folder, which is
a genuine no-no except during programs installs and updates.

I suspect that there is some sort of spyware infestation or trojan
involved. See MVP Jim Eshelman's Spyware Quick Fix protocol at
http://www.aumha.org/a/parasite.htm and follow the suggestions there.

Good luck
