I am editing a word document created by someone else. Am highlighting
paragraphs/lines/words and applying format > font so can check off strikeout
script as want to keep info in document but show its struck out. Was able to
do this successfully for part of the document -now am geting the message
"must be between 1 and 600" (ok) - won't let me strikeout. I am using Word
2000. Any ideas what this means??

It's a bad setting in the Scale box on the Format > Font > Character spacing
dialog. See
