What does #Error mean in Access 2000?

I am trying to print out mailing labels from a database that I created. I am
using the label wizard to enter the fields that I want. The name portion of
the label keeps coming up with #Error instead of the name. How do I fix this?
I put both first and last names into my name field. Thank you for your help.

It means that some error occurred when Access was attempting to figure
out what value to display in the control. In this case, my guess is
that your [name] text box still has the name "last name" or "first
name". If a control (such as a text box) has the same name as a field
in the report's recordsource, it must be bound directly to that field,
not to another field or expression. Otherwise Access can't figure out
what you mean. If I'm right and this is the cause of your problem, you
can fix it by renaming the text box to some name that isn't one of the
fields in the report's recordsource; "txtFullName", for example.
