How to adjust spacing-printing labels in Access???

I am printing mailing labels based on a query in Access 2003. They look
great except that there is no space between the first and last name, nor
between the State and zip, and no comma between City & State. I used the
label wizard, and I know nothing about the code or language. Can anybody
help me please??

Hi Rich

If you are running the lables from a query you could use a concencated field
for the name or anything else where you want 2 field on 1 line. Use this new
calculated field in the lable instead of the field names.

Name:[TableName]![1stNameField] &" "&[TableName]![2ndNameField]
StateZip:[TableName]![StateField] &" "&[TableName]![ZipField]

To put a comma between fields use something like
StateZip:[TableName]![StateField] &" , "&[TableName]![ZipField]

Not sure how USA address should look so this may be totally wrong.

To put things on a seperate line just select the field on the lable (in
design view) and just after press return whilst pressing the shift key.
