What does Cannot Create DirectSound 00000001 mean?

I had disabled some services to keep windows from using too much of my
ram....and lately i have been getting this error: Cannot create DirectSound
00000001. What does this mean? And how do I get my sound back? I even tried
re installing Direct X....but the online installer didnt really do
anything..... :-(
 
I figured out which process i disabled that i needed for sound! Thanks
anyways though!
