Yes- notice how the troll is trying to entice me into replying? It will
get upset when it sees me replying to you. Then it will reply to me in
this fork of the thread because I ignored it in the other one. This
action will usually continue because most trolls have no control
(although they think they are pulling the strings). This "Dance of the
Blue Trolls" as I call it, is best enjoyed when some music of your
choice is playing in the background. I usually listen to "Pictures at an

Our local Office Depot has a laptop computer for sale. Everything
looked pretty reasonable, until I got to this: 64-bit.

I have Microsoft Office 2003 on my present desktop computer, and
Microsoft Office 2000 on my present laptop computer.

Will these programs run on a new '64-bit' computer?

(The OS on the for-sale computer is Vista Home Premium. If I get
the computer, I would probably delete Vista and put XP on it.)

The computer is 64bit - but is the Operating System?

Most applications that run on a 32bit version of an operating system will
run on a 64bit version of the same operating system. There may be *some*
issues in a few cases - some strange crashes, etc. But again - a computer
being 64bit capable and having a 64bit operating system installed are two
different things.

Most newer hardware/software can run on either.

Personally - I wouldn't buy a computer from Office Depot, Office Max, Best
Buy, Circuit City, etc... I would order it straight from whatever
manufacturer actually is making the models the big-box stores are seeling at
worst. I would then be able to speak with the manufacturer and make sure it
had everything I needed/wanted and have them explain to me things
(confirming those things with my own Google searches and other research.)

As you can see, Murphy has made several references to Rimonabant (brand
name: Zimultri, produced by Sanofi-Adventis.) This may be a medication
Murphy is presently taking.

Rimonabant is an anti-obesity drug. If Murphy has a problem with
obesity, it's not hard to imagine why he is so enraged. He may even be
the victim of bullying (which may explain why he picks on people with
ethnic backgrounds.) No one deserves to be bullied, including Murphy.

But there's more. According to the Wikipedia: "Shortly after market
introduction, press reports and independent studies suggest that side
effects occur stronger and more commonly than shown by the manufacturer
in their clinical studies. Reports of severe depression are frequent."

Indeed, in its report dated June 13, 2007, the United States FDA was
aware that Rimonabant is associated with an increased risk of depression
and of suicidal thoughts even in those with no history of depression.

Of course, I don't know for a fact that Murphy is on Rimonabant. But he
does mention Rimonabant prominently. If I'm right, it means that Murphy
is suffering from the effects of his medication and deserves our support
to get help.

For me, that means I will no longer argue with him - that clearly won't
accomplish anything - but I do feel justified in setting the record
straight when he is impersonating me, although that rarely seems
necessary anymore.
