what do you want to do box

I used to have this dialog box on XP when ever i inserted a USB device,
however i do not have this now. Also when i try to reset this by right
click on device select prompt each time and save/apply it still does
not work. Can anyone please email anything to help me out, do i need a
driver or something am really stuck. Although i can still access the
data via my computer, i want this box back.

what was the dialog box message? "Found New Hardware?"

not sure really i can still use everything ok but i have to go to my
computer to get to the drives, do i need a .dll file added or
something??
