What's Wrong with the following: "Do you want to delete 'WINDOWS'?

When i first tried to empty my recycle bin... it said do you want to
permantly delete 2 items? i clicked yes but the image didn't reset... so i
went to 'Empty Recycle Bin' again and this time the dialog said
"Do you want to delete 'WINDOWS'?" (I am being 100% serious here although it
is kind of funny).

What the hell is happening? now i can't empty the bin anymore...

By the way... I have to say that when I clicked Explore the recycle bin
showed up as empty and i have show hidden files and folders on... but when i
did click on "empty Recycle bin it would ask "Are you sure you want to delete
'WINDOWS'?"

This happened to me about a month ago, I just created a new folder and
deleted it,then
emptied the RB again.
