what do i type in the box named: Incoming mail server

hi i need help. I dnt no what to type in the box that says: Incoming mail
server(POP3) . And also : outgoing mail server. Thanks !
 
You'll need to get that information from your IT department (if this is at
work), or your ISP (if this is at home)

By the way, this newsgroup is for questions about using Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.
