What do I do when Outlook Express won't open?

I click on the Outlook icon and nothing happens. Once I received an error
message from Acrobat IE Helper: The memory could not be "read" click on ok to
terminate the program. It only showed that error once. I have turned the
colputer on and off several times with no change.

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups). The links under the newsgroup
references are for use with MS's web newsreader (not exactly the best way to
post but it works for some people)

I am using PC with Outlook2000. The OS is XP Home Edition. I see the exact
same error msg as karenew. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Uninstall the Acrobat add-in.
