What do I do when Outlook blocks my email message content?

How do I deal with the following message in Outlook: the original message
content contained a virus or was blocked due to blocking rules and has been
removed. I can receive attachments on the same email. These are people in
my contacts file and I have entered the email addresses on my safe list. I
only get this for 2 or 3 contacts.
 
Outlook has no built-in anti-virus protection. Check the features of your a/v program.
