Can BCM be set up to automatically detect meetings, emails and phone
calls to contacts?

Can BCM be set up to automatically detect meetings, emails and phone
calls to contacts?

If you add these meetings and phone calls from inside the Business Contact
interface, yes they will be linked automatically. E-mail autolinking is
built into the product. I am working on some software to link phone calls
from other sources, but there is a limited built-in function for this.

For some reason my e-mail autolinking is not working. In order for me to
link an e-mail to one of my business contacts, I have to physically link it.
Is there a setting that I messed up? I belive it was working before I tried
to set up sharing. Let me know, thanks a lot.

Direct replys won't do the other posters any good.

If you choose to share the database, email autolinking is disabled by
default for your privacy. You can re-enable itl by rerunning the autolink
wizard or some similar process. This is documented in the help file.

This behavior is by design.
