Export one (or subset of) contacts?

I know how to export entire bcm database.

Is there a way, and how is it, that I can export an individual contact
(or a subgroup)?

I.e. a filtered set, or recently modified or recently added contacts?

There is with BCM 2007.

In a folder view (e.g. Accounts) select some items and right click on
them. Export should be the bottom menu item.
