what causes a "Fixed objects will move" warning & how do you get .

I'm copying all the data in one worksheet to another(click in the upper left
corner, <cntl> C in the source, click in the upper left corner, <cntl> V in
the destination, and I get a warning box "Fixed Objects will move" on the
destination sheet. Fine, but how do I find the fixed objects it is referring
to, so I can fix?
