What Book for XP?

What book would you all reccommend for a beginning to
intermediate user of XP? I don't need the basic basic
stuff because I've been a Windows user for years, but I am
new to XP and it didn't come with a manual like the
previous versions of Windows.

There are so many out there so I thought I would ask the
community which one would you reccommend.
