What are these Spyware items?

After running Spybot update I scanned my system and it found the
following items:

Windows Security Center.AntiVirusDisableNotify
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security
Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify

and

Winsoftware.WinAntiVirusPro2006
Tracking cookie (Internet Explorer: Phisherman)
Internet Explorer (Phisherman):
Cookie:p[email protected]/()

Recently, I dumped Symantec Norton Antivirus and installed Free AVG. I
was wondering why I am getting AntiVirus spyware on my machine, or
what do these items mean? Should I dump IE and install Firefox?

Phisherman,

The cookie '(e-mail address removed)' is probably a bogus antivirus
site you visited and it left a cookie on your computer. This can be deleted
from
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR ACCOUNT\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files.

The registry location noted in your message is a legitimate. However these
settings may have been changed by a virus or spyware. You need to open
'Control Panel > Security Center' and make sure your firewall settings & IE
security settings are correct.

I don't see any evidence of a virus from the two examples though.

ps-Firefox uses cookies also, so, to each their own I guess.

Drew
