What are these screens on startup????

I have just started getting the screens on startup. They are blak with
white lettering and there are four of them. They appear at the same
time over layering themselves. They are are:

Dispatch\??tfswifts

dispatch\tfsnifs

diagnostic traces

drum cdb

They just started today. If I click "close" on one of them they all
disappear.

What can I do to prevent these screens from appearing??????

Did you install a Pioneer DVD drive? I did a Google for "tfswifts" and
get a link to a report of bsod's with Veritas's software for these
drives. If this is the case, check with the drive mftr. for updates.

Hello, I have been receiving the same 4 screens on my desktop ever
time I boot up. They are "drvmcdb", dispatch\tfsnifs", diagnosti
Traces", and dispatch\??\TTSwifs". Like you, when I click on one all
disappear. I have been downloading and installing differen
video/audio drivers in search of something that could correct a proble
that I have been having recording and playing back from my TV tune
card. I have tried Pinicals PCTV (that is the make of my card), ULEAD
REAL Player, VirturalVCR, and others. I do not know which one cause
the problem. Do you have any idean how to get rid of these screens?
