Where can I can find these? I can't set up any of my emails!!

You ask your ISP. The Internet Service Provider knows their names and will
help you.

Look at her headers. Her posting domain is rr.com
(Road Runner service offered through Time Warner cable).
Unfortunately they don't have a central set of mail servers,
it is broken down by locality.

And of course for those who really want to know where are those bizarre
names come from:

POP3 = Post Office Protocol v3
SMTP = Simple Mail Transport Protocol

Gary,
You're not using WM or WLM, are you?
They don't show enough of the headers to tell that.

Microsoft Windows Live Mail 12.0.1184, that's what his headers say.

From the headers I see in Windows Mail:
NNTP-Posting-Host: cpe-24-174-221-30.elp.res.rr.com 24.174.221.30

Indeed. Have been using the new WLM exclusively since May 31st.

Actually it's always been hidden under File>>Properties>>Details
[ALT][ENTER] is just the shortcut for File>>Properties

You can see all the headers by selecting

File > Properties > Details

File > Properties > Details

Usually, you can find a "Help" link after you log in using IE. Clicking that
link, you're likely to find the info you need.

Go into "START"
click "ALL PROGRAMS
click "WINDOWS MAIL"
Tools menu
ACCOUNTS
Properties
Fill in blanks with your information. See if it works. that is what the
Dell guy told me. on the email. Jean Morris

I have Internet Explorer and I can't figure out what the pop and smtp servers
things are, nor do I know how to contact them. Any help?
